- a box of brownie mix
- a pan (I used a square brownie pan)
- wax paper
- cheesecake ingredients (detailed below)
Mix the brownie mix according to the package. Line the pan with wax paper that is greased and fill with the batter. Bake according to the package, about 20 minutes at 350F. Allow to cool for some time.
For the cheesecake:
- Two 8 ounce blocks of softened cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of coffee extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream together the sugar and cream cheese. Then add the eggs one at a time. Finally, add the extracts. Fill the pan on top of the brownie base and bake for about 40 minutes on 350F. Be careful not to over bake your cheesecake. It should slightly jiggle a bit when you move the pan. Allow to set in the fridge overnight.
