Ingredients (for about 12 cupcakes)
- 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
- 2 cups of confectioner’s (icing) sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbs milk
Cream together butter and sugar on low. Add vanilla and then add the milk. Mix until well combined and creamy. Add more or less of the milk depending on the consistency you desire.
If adding food coloring, it is best to add gel color like Wilton, Americolor, or SugarFlair
